  • LS achievements : what did we do for you in june?

- Implementation time reduced: LS keeps improving logistics aspects of its bakery implementations. LS focused lately on a better optimization of the different steps of the implementation process, starting from the order preparation to the final quality checking taking place a few days before your bakery opens.

As a result, installation times were, on an average, reduced by 18% in two months. Needless to say that this technical improvement did NOT generate any increase in LS service fees (even resulting in price decrease in some cases).

 

- Cold equipment with ISO 9001 : all cold equipment such as refrigerated cabinets, refrigerated workbenches,  freezers and blast freezers provided by LS got the label ISO9001, a sign of reliability and quality acknowledged worldwide. In addition to that, we kindly remind you that all cold equipment are systematically supplied with a two-year guarantee. 

 

  • a new French bakery set up by LS this month

- Bakery capacity: 10,000 units per day

- Manufacturer: Bongard, France

- Description: Moscow will finally get a real French bakery with goods produced on the spot. Until now, only frozen imported croissants or local production with the name and shape of croissant (but with a completely different taste) could be found. The size (11 million inhabitants) and the very fast economic development of the city will probably make the bakery capacity too limited in a very short period of time.  Actually, many more bakeries could be run successfully here without suffering from competition.

The bakery's owner finally selected LS (among other suppliers) due to the full service and following-up provided. From August 1 to August 31, 2002, Lyncoln Solutions will be closed for annual holidays. Since most bakery manufacturers are closed during the same period of time, this month off does not whatsoever slowdown any implementation process. Consequently, the next newsletter will be sent to you on September 6.
