General requirements
- Floor: it must be perfectly flat in places where ovens,
cold rooms and retarder-proofers will be set up.
- Weight of equipments: The Client should check the support
limit of the floor where ovens and mixers will be set up.
The maximum weight amounts to 3500 kg spread over 4.8 m²
for rotary ovens, 8000 kg over 11 m² for deck ovens
and 1500 kg over about 1.2 m² for mixers.
- Entry/Exit access: (minimal dimensions)
- If ovens are set up on the spot: Width: 1.4 meters / Height:
2 meters
- If ovens are shipped already assembled: Width: 2 meters / Height:
3 meters
Please consult us if your entry/exit accesses don't meet the requirements
above.
- Water: the closest water point from the oven must display
a pressure of at least 1.5 bars.
