PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BONGARD SA - LYNCOLN SOLUTIONS LLC
On November 1, 2002, Lyncoln Solutions set up an agreement with the French bakery equipment manufacturer Bongard. Bongard has become our exclusive worldwide provider for bakeries (equipped with brand-new equipment).
This agreement gives to LS the full right to sign contracts on behalf of Bongard and under the name of Bongard.
As an LS client, advantages of this agreement are manifold for you: - an extra guarantee to be served properly : Bongard fully commits itself in your project signing the contract on equipment directly with you. - the use of the existing Bongard logistics structure set up all over the world: assembling and maintenance teams available locally, spare part warehouses in different countries, etc... - LS special prices on Bongard equipment: due to large quantities of equipment we order every year, we give you the chance to get Bongard equipment at a price lower than anywhere else. - LS expertise and well-known customer service: special staff training programs, consulting services, the "Showroom Bakery Program" (see previous newsletter for details), etc...
This partnership is in line with a long-term strategy set up by LS to keep developing the French bakery technique all over the world. Synergies in products and markets will allow the two new partners to increase their competitiveness and to better serve existing and new customers.
A FEW WORDS ABOUT OUR NEW PARTNER…
1 - WHO IS BONGARD? Bongard is a French bakery equipment manufacturer founded in 1922. Currently leader in France, Europe and Japan with an 86-million-dollar yearly turnover, Bongard has a strong international exposure and experience with a presence in 150 countries. Exports account for 60% of its global turnover. 100,000 equipment (including 40,000 ovens) have been already installed across the world. In the United States, the powerful "Bread Bakers Guild of America" has recognized Bongard as THE baking specialist. In Asia, Bongard has taken part in the setting up of most French hypermarkets and still ranks first in Japan. In Africa, more than 2,000 Bongard ovens are working.
2 - BONGARD IN THE UNITED STATES If you plan to start a bakery in the US, discussion, advice and purchase of equipment for your bakery project should be carried out through the official representative of Bongard equipment in the US, Mr Olivier FROT. Olivier is now our exclusive provider of bakery equipment for any bakery implemented in the US. Contracts on equipment purchase, delivery, assembling and maintenance will be signed directly with him.
